New Family of I2C-bus compatible Double Cell EEPROMs expands line-up to 256kbit density

ROHM has developed the new I2C-compatible BR24Sxx0 EEPROMs (non-volatile memory). Features include double-cell construction, guaranteed operation up to +85°C, gold pad/gold wire connections, and double reset functionality for high reliability. High redundancy circuits and processes combined with thorough screening and debugging ensure 1 million rewrites at 85°C and 40 years data retention.
